Dear Hydration Toner

Banila Co Dear Hydration Toner is a lightweight toner that easily absorbes in the skin. It provides intense hydration, removes impurities and helps your skin to better absorb the ingredients of your skincare items. The toner is formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates or mineral oil.

Directions

1. Apply 2-3 drops to clean skin.
2. Gently pat into skin until fully absorbed.
3. Use morning and night.
