Cica Regen 92 Toner

Dr. Ceuracle Cica Regen 92 Toner is a soothing toner with high concentrations of Centella Asiatica and Madecassoside. Moreover, Portulaca Oleracea (Purslane) Extract helps restore skin and strengthen the skin barrier. Hypoallergenic formula that deeply hydrates irritated skin and makes it calm and even toned.

Ingredients we love:

• Centella Asiatica Extract: A wound healing plant with anti-inflammatory qualities. Stimulates the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, hydrates skin and increases the antioxidant levels in skin
• Portulaca Oleracea Extract: A botanical ingredient known from Korean traditional medicine, that has anti-inflammatory, soothing and antioxidant effects on skin.

Directions

1. Apply 2-3 drops to clean skin.
2. Gently pat into skin until fully absorbed.
3. Use morning and night.
