Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Serum is formulated with 95% natural ingredients including fermented black rice extract. This nutrient-rich ingredient contains a high concentration of polyphenols and flavonoids, which protects skin against free radicals, like ultraviolet radiation and pollution, and promotes skin cell regeneration.

Directions

1. Apply 2-3 drops to clean skin (after toning)
