Peripera New Ink The Velvet (AD) is like the original velvet tint but has gotten even better. Cushiony, viscous, whipped cream texture smoothens out fine wrinkles on the lips. Vivid colors similar to ink provide a long-lasting effect. 

Directions

1. Apply a moderate amount to the center of your lips and gently spread outwards.
