Cica Emulsion

VT Cosmetics Cica Emulsion is a light emulsion that provides a quick surge of moisture. It creates a protective layer that provides moisture, leaves skin silky-soft and smooth. This emulsion absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky film on skin. 

Directions

1. Apply an appropriate amount to cleansed (and toned) skin
2. Pat into the skin until fully absorbed
3. Use in the morning and at night
