Bellflower Idebenone Brightening Gel Toner is a brightening toner that gives skin a glow. Skin is nourished, and Niacinamide helps to refine the skin texture together with Idebenone, Evening Primrose and Hyaluronic Acid. Dry, dull skin will become soft and hydrated and looks glowy and heathy, and rough skin is smoothed out.

Ingredients we love: 

• Niacinamide: Stimulates natural ceramide-production and fades hyperpigmentation. Leads to firm, even-toned skin. 
• Oryza sativa (Rice) extract: Rich in over 100 types of antioxidants like vitamin E and ferulic acid and omega fatty acids. 

Directions

1. Apply 2-3 drops to clean skin.
2. Gently pat into skin until fully absorbed.
3. Use morning and night.
