Pyunkang Yul's Essence Toner is an intensely hydrating, nutrient-rich toner. The toner consists of 91.3 % Milk Vetch Root extract, full of skin-beneficial Betaine and Minerals. The gel-type toner quickly absorbs into skin to strengthen skin with its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, nutrient-boosting properties. Fragrance, Dye and Irritant free.

Ingredients we love

Milk vetch root extract: A medicinal herb (‘Huanqi’) rich in saponins, flavanoids and polysaccharides. It has antiviral and anti aging qualities and improves blemish-prone skin.

Directions

Apply 2-3 drops to clean skin.
Gently pat into skin until fully absorbed.
Use morning and night.

Game changer, bought a mini bottle and during using I knew I will buy a full version. Applied with cotton pads from the same brand I use as a mini sheet mask on my forehead and under eyes. Fresh, hydrated skin, plumped - can't wait to try other products from that line.

Love this toner. It's the first toner I've used that actually moisturises my dehydrated skin. It also makes my skin feel smooth and soft after use.

First of all I loved the packaging of the product. Very elegant and minimal. The product is quit tick to be a toner but has a very light effect on the skin, I used it fresh out of the fridge and it feels very great on the skin.

I love this toner. It is a little thicker than a normal toner but it's so light on your skin. Also doesn't feel sticky at all. I've been using this toner for almost a year now.

As someone with dry skin, this is a must in my skincare routine, morning and evening. I really like the viscosity of it, it's just the right thickness. You can layer this until you're happy with the moisture, and I also feel like it has helped my pimples a bit.

Great product, gives instant hydration. Also very mild and soothing to use for the renowned korean 7 step procedure. Prepped my skin very well to absorb the essences and serums i slapped on after. It is also very value for money, given the amount of product you get. Highly recommend, especially for those who has very dry skin like me during winter :)

I have very sensitive and acne prone skin. I'm in my mid 30's and I find it difficult to get a good hydrating toner which doesn't clog my pores. Most toners for oily skin contain alcohol or harsh astringents....and leave my skin feeling tight and dehydrated. This one is excellent! Its formula is waterless & alcohol free. The ingredient list is minimal with 91% astragalus root extract. It absorbs quickly, it's very gentle and leaves my skin hydrated, silky and refreshed. If you have super dry skin, it might not be hydrating enough. For me it's perfect!

Maakt mijn huid heel zacht en voelt daarna ook gevoed aan. Ik weet alleen nog niet of ik zo goed tegen het silicone erin kan. heb toch last van puistjes maar weet niet of het hierdoor komt omdat ik ook wat producten van The Ordinary tegelijktijd ben gaan gebruiken.

My favorite. I haven't really tried many essences or toners (but did try a few), but I have been using this product for at least 6 months now, and just rebought before I even ran out. It's that good. I have sensitive skin, and it is hydrating, but not insanely. No noticeable fragrance, but most importantly, it helps get rid of redness and gives a nice glowy even skin after a while of using. It is not the most exciting product, but it really helped improve my skin texture, and is definitely worth a try

Maakt mijn zeer droge huid zacht en gehydrateerd. Ik gebruik de toner smorgens en savonds en breng meerdere dunne laagjes over elkaar aan. Dit voed mijn huid zonder dat het afsluit voor de serums die ik hierna aanbrengt. Zeer tevreden!

It's a nice toner that does not feel sticky on my skin. I can already see improvements on my dry cheeks. I like the dispenser which let's me control how much liquid comes out.

This is a very good toner. It’s a little thicker than your usual toner which I like because it doesn’t go everywhere. It gets absorbed quite quickly in the skin. I find it a little less hydrating than my Missha toner but I would still highly recommend it.

ik vind hem heel fijn! Werkt prettig hydraterend waardoor ik hem meerdere keren achter elkaar gebruik in de ochtend en avond. Hij is niet super vloeibaar wat het makkelijk maakt in de omgang als je het met je handen aanbrengt.
