Missha Vita C Plus Brightening Toner is a toner formulated with vitamin C (99% purity) and PHA (Polyhydroxy acid) helps remove dead skin cells for a smoother and translucent complexion. It has completed a medical test that improves blemishes and is very effective in removing blemishes.

Directions

1. Apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad
2. Gently pat on the face and neck until fully absorbed
3. Use after cleansing in the morning and at night
