Low pH Cleansing Water

Pyunkang Yul Low pH Cleansing Water is an easy, effective yet gentle way to cleanse your skin without having to rinse with water. The slightly acidic formula removes make-up and dirt effectively, but doesn’t irritate or dry out skin.
