Peripera Ink Mood Matte Tint is a highly adherent formula that glides smoothly onto lips to create a smudge-free finish that’ll last all day. Layer twice for a bold finish or blend outwards for a sexy blurred effect. Comes in five delicious shades ranging from soft pink to dark red.

1. Apply a moderate amount to the center of your lips and gently spread outwards.
