Banila Co Dear Hydration Balancing Moisturizer does not only lock in lasting hydration, but also maintains the skin's moisture balance at optimum level. This balancing cream consist mint, basil and neem leaf extracts and protects the skin from pollution and acne-inducing dirt. It also reduced skin stress, smooths fines lines and provides intense hydration. The consistency feels more like a serum without a sticky finish. This priming moisturizer can be used before putting on makeup for the perfect makeup finish.   This product is recommended for all skin types, but is especially formulated for dry and rough skin.   

Directions

1. Apply an appropriate amount to cleansed (and toned) skin
2. Pat into the skin until fully absorbed
3. Use in the morning and at night
