The Banila Co Dear Hydration Capsule Toner is a rich toner that will not only respect the skins pH level but is also enriched with Lotus Fermented Water and several oil capsules that contain Agar from Seaweed to strengthen the moisture barrier of the skin.

Ingredients we love:

• Panthenol: A provitamin with moisturizing, hydrating abilities, that has anti-inflammatory and protective properties. Helps prevent irritation.
• Ceramides: Enforces the skin’s protective moisture barrier, and increase the hydration of the skin, leaving skin feeling smooth and firm, with less fine lines.

Directions

1. Apply 2-3 drops to clean skin.
2. Gently pat into skin until fully absorbed.
3. Use morning and night.
