Directions 

Recovery cleanser:

1. Put a small amount of shampoo onto the palms of your hand.
2. Massage the shampoo into the scalp with your fingertips.
3. Rinse off after 2-3 minutes with warm water.

2. Repair Protein Treatment 

1. Take an appropriate amount on hand and apply to cleansed hair.
2. Wait for 2-3 minutes and then directly proceed with step 3.

3. Nutrient Infused Self-Warming Hair Cap

1. Place the nutrient cap and let it cover all of your hair.
2. Press gently and softly massage it in for an even distribute of the collagen and the keratin.
3. Wait for 10-30 minutes.
