Pyunkang Yul Low pH Cleansing Water is an easy, effective yet gentle way to cleanse your skin without having to rinse with water. The slightly acidic formula removes make-up and dirt effectively, but doesn’t irritate or dry out skin. Formulated with just EWG-certified, 100% safe ingredients including hyaluronic acid, ceramide, centella asiatica and tea tree for soothing, hydrating and cleansing skin.
