Peripera Ink Mood Drop Tint is a sheer and water enriched lip tint inspired by the color presentations in watercolor paintings that creates a natural-looking lips. The colour is buildable from sheer-to-full coverage.
Directions
- Apply a moderate amount to the center of your lips and gently spread outwards.
