Contains ingredients that brighten the skin, including mandarin peel, and hyaluronic acid to deeply hydrate the skin. The seven floral extracts in this toner nourish the skin and lead to a stronger moisture barrier. Use this toner to achieve supple, glowy skin.

Directions
