Skinmiso Pore Purifying Toner is a moisturizing toner that soothes sensitive, irritated skin after cleansing while controlling sebum production. A weakly acidic toner that restores the balance to pH level after cleansing while clearing wastes and dead skin cells remaining in the pores.
Directions
- Apply an appropriate amount to cleansed skin and neck with a cotton pad or fingertips
- Pat into skin until fully absorbed.
- Use in the morning and at night.

"I always used just a water based cleanser and a moisturizing cream. I recently received my k-beauty order and I'm realizing how much a toner is needed.
